Our support includes the following:

• Prepare IT budget planning
• Develop and administer resource utilization and assumptions underlying the IT budget, IT portfolio and financial forecast
• Prepare and maintain accurate department financial and statistical reports
• IT contract review and management
• Accurately document and maintain department assets
• Process procurement, travel services and invoices for the department
• Act as liaison to Human Resources for IT recruitment and personnel documentation
• Manage the TTUHSC El Paso switchboard and operators
• Receipt of IT purchases, packages and mail correspondence
