Welcome to the FiTS training site. Training documents for FiTS are divided by modules
that are available in the application. The modules that are available in FiTS are
cost transfers (CTs), interdepartmental billing (IVs) and journal vouchers. To view
a training document, locate the module that corresponds to the training you wish to
view and click on the name of the document. The training material will appear in a
new browser.
Cost Transfers (CTs) - Allows departments to move current fiscal year expenditures between departmental
FOAPS.
Interdepartmental Billing (IVs) - Allows service departments to bill expenditures to departmental FOAPS.
Journal Vouchers
Revenue Journal Vouchers (RTs) - Allows departments to move current fiscal year revenue between departmental FOAPs.
Internal Purchase Funding Transfers (PTs) - Allows departments to transfer funds from one fund to another for professional
services, continuing professional education and other internal purchases of goods
or services.
