Student Business Services

The Texas Tech Health El Paso Office of Student Business Services is responsible for billing and collecting tuition, fees, and other academic-related charges. The office also oversees and approves all institutional cash receipts. Its areas of responsibility include the following:

  • Bill tuition and fees
  • Apply payments to student accounts and process student refunds
  • Manage third party tuition and fee payments
  • Process exemptions and waivers
  • Collect on student loans
  • Maintain the Student Banner system
  • Institutional cash receipts
  • Internal and external reporting
